Example: the request number is illustrative.

Send the name and phone only after the person explicitly agrees to the privacy policy (patient_consent: true).
Emergencies — 103: facial swelling with fever, bleeding that won’t stop, trauma, trouble breathing or swallowing. Such bookings are refused.
A booking is a request: the clinic or Dentum confirms the time. Give the person the request number and the Telegram link.
Honesty: ratings come from 2GIS/OpenStreetMap with attribution; placement is never sold; disclose Dentum’s affiliation with Implant City.
Limits: 60 requests per minute and 6 bookings per 10 minutes per IP.

For insurers, employers and bot developers — higher limits and integration by agreement. For clinics: API, webhooks and a calendar in “For clinics”.

Without a key the API is open to everyone. A partner key gives higher quotas and usage accounting; bookings are tagged with your name.
