This public offer sets out the terms of use of the Dentum (dentum.uz) information and reference service. The patient using the service (the "User") accepts the terms below by submitting a form or by using the website.
2. Subject of the offer: what Dentum is and is not
Dentum is an independent information, reference and navigation service for dentistry in Uzbekistan. It helps the User choose a clinic and book online (including via a Telegram AI bot).
Dentum is NOT a medical institution (clinic) and is NOT a provider of medical services. Dentum does not provide treatment, does not make diagnoses and does not give medical advice, and is not licensed to do so. All medical services are provided solely by licensed clinics.
3. How the service works
The User submits a request on the website or in the bot (name and phone number). Dentum passes this request to the clinic that the User has CHOSEN.
The clinic then contacts the User directly, agrees the appointment time and provides the medical services itself. Dentum's role is limited to delivering the request to the chosen clinic.
4. Free of charge for the patient
Using the Dentum service, searching for a clinic and submitting a booking request are free for the User. Dentum does not charge the patient for its services.
Payment for the treatment itself (if any) is made between the User and the clinic at the prices set by the clinic.
5. Disclaimer of medical warranties
The diagnosis, treatment plan and final cost are determined only by a doctor at an in-person appointment after examination.
Information on the website, including price ranges (e.g. "from X so'm"), ratings and descriptions, is purely indicative and for reference. It is NOT an offer by the clinic and is NOT medical advice. The actual terms, scope and cost are agreed directly with the clinic.
6. Personal data
The User's personal data (name, phone, etc.) is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The basis for collecting the data is consent under the ZRU-547 "On Personal Data" law.
The full terms are set out in the Dentum Privacy Policy; we recommend reviewing it before submitting a request.
7. Liability
The chosen licensed clinic is solely responsible for the quality, safety and outcome of the medical services provided. Dentum is an intermediary and is not liable for the treatment.
Dentum makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information obtained from open sources but does not guarantee its full correctness. Always confirm final information with the clinic.
8. Governing law, operator and acceptance
This offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Service operator: BAHA AI LLC (BAHA AI MChJ), contact: info@dentum.uz. Registration details (STIR, address) will be added later — [details to be specified].
Acceptance is given by submitting a form or by using the website/bot. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
